SCARECROW CONTEST

Information for Exhibitors:

• Please see General Rules and Regulations.

• Entries must be the work of the exhibitor, not the work of someone else.

• Exhibitors can be individuals, families, and/or a business.

• Exhibits may be brought to the Exhibit Hall on Wednesday, September 10 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM or Thursday morning September 11, between 8: am to 10: am.

• Judging will commence on Thursday, September 11, at 10:00 am sharp.

• All entries become the property of the Spencerville Agricultural Society and may not be returned to the exhibitor.

• Entries will be used to decorate the Fairgrounds for the fair.

• Entries must be creatively designed, and made with clean and safe materials.

• Entries must be life-size and self-supporting.

• Entries should be as weatherproof as possible.

• Fair share 20% of all prize money.

All prize money in EACH SECTION of this CLASS will be DOUBLED thanks to the generosity of an Anonymous Donor.  

Prizes: 1st: $25; 2nd: $15; 3rd: $10
